This year, the number of students participating in the 75th Hong Kong Schools Speech Festival (2023) (English Speech) has reached a new high, with a total of 102 students participating in the competition. Among them, 8 students won the First Place, Second Place and Third Place. In addition, 60% of participating students received a certificate of merit, and 17% of students received a certificate of proficiency.
