The S2 LAC Science Presentation Competition, a collaboration between English Language and Integrated Science, was successfully held in the School Hall on selected science topics including food and nutrition, acids and alkalis, noise pollution, air pollution as well as lung cancer.
Presenters from the six English groups were competing for the five awards: Best Content Award, Best Teamwork Award, Outstanding Fluency Award, Most Creative Award and Overall Championship.
Through this activity, students' confidence in English speaking was significantly boosted and their knowledge and interest in scientific topics and concepts were enhanced.
